"The art and science of movement has always stolen my interest. Throughout my life I've danced ballet, jazz, modern and and trained in classical Indian dance. In 2000 I studied Odissi, Pranayama, Sanskrit and Yoga with Dr. Ratna Roy at Nrityagram in Bangalore, India. The intense spiritual evocation of Odissi paired with my yoga disciplines created within me an awestruck student, of 17 years. I love to share my practice, I love to teach and have been humbled by having many teachers and students help me on my path. Yoga is a huge part of my life and I am loving the journey. As a birth doula and counselor it enriches my relationship with my clients and gives them the tools to reduce anxiety, reduce pain and birth their children with strength and security. The expressive movement of the body is our way of singing our souls. Breathe and the giving into our own natural rhythms create beauty, vitality and life!  ~Namaste. "
