Gentle Morning Yoga*

Awaken your mind/body through conscientious breathe work and movement.  Align your spine and energy to create a strong yet flexible foundation for your day. Take this time each day to nourish yourself, fill your cup and be ready for those around you. This class is suitable for beginner to advanced students. Classes are 60 min.

 

 

Restorative*

Dive deeper into your breathe work and melt away tension, anxiety and stress. Release muscle tension and pain by using applied pressure and constriction to generate healing. Please bring a strap and an extra blanket and comfortable soft layers. Come, enjoy, rejuvenate and relax. This class is suitable for all levels. Classes are 90 min.

​Level 2 Vinyasa

Energize yourself with this 90 min invigorating class built with stylized movement, breathe and imagery. Empower yourself in Goddess Flow, celebrate in Sun Down flow and enhance your core strength with balance pose. Come ready to move and dance your yoga! This class is suitable for those who have yoga experience. 



Level 1 Vinyasa*

Come each time to your practice with a beginner mind. Each day we have the opportunity to learn, explore and regain balance. This 90 min class focuses on the beginning, the creating and the closing of each pose. We gain flexibility of body and mind through conscientious movements, stretching and breathe work. Goddess and Sun Down Flows are paced and deconstructed in this class. Come enjoy yoga, enjoy you! This class is suitable for all levels.

​Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga*

Gentle sequences strengthen, relax and tone your body throughout your pregnancy. Deep focus aligns your breathe, movement and sound to create birthing energy that facilitates a safe and active labor for you and your baby. Come, relax into the rhythm of your movement and breathe. Embrace the gift that is childbirth and empower yourself with the knowledge of birth dance.
