Explore your birthing options, fears, desires and humor with an experienced and compassionate care giver. Birth is transformative, powerful and unpredictable. I can help you prepare for your parenting journey. We will explore your diet, psycho/social support, finances, sleep, relationships and attitudes towards birth and parenting. I can answer many of your birth and new born care questions and concerns.

Having a loving support circle and proper care in place, is the best way to care for you and your new blessing.
My services also include a postpartum PMD screen. Your "babymoon" or postpartum experience can be restful and nourishing for both you and your baby. But sleep deprivation and poor diet can feel much like depression and anxiety. I can help you sort it all out....and help you build a life long, loving support system

15-20% of women suffer from symptoms of a perinatal mood disorder, a year or so after birth. It is a life threatening disease and should be screened for routinely. If you are concerned that you may have depression or feel irritable, sad, restless or not yourself after having your baby, it may be more then hormonal fluctuations. Let me support you and help you achieve balance by getting the help you need and deserve.

Placenta Encapsulations and tinctures are delivered to your door as early as possible
(mamas can usually receive their placenta medicine within 24-36 hours post birth) Talk to your provider about retaining and storing your placenta! The sooner I recieve it the better.
